Okay, I am mostly packed for New Orleans. Leaving early early tomorrow morning. Hope to get lots of cool photos during afternoon tea at the Windsor Court Hotel and during the tour of the Haunted Mortuary. Any suggestions for other activities? (Thanks to the Twitter peeps who chimed in!)

Returned safe and sound today. We missed the Great Okie Christmas Snowstorm of 2009! I was sad about this until I counted the 35 abandoned cars along the side of the road. Lots of terrible accidents, apparently. :(

Much of the snow has melted, but Steve still had plenty of shoveling to do.

We also had some nice drifts on the back patio:



I remembered to tape Doctor Who "Waters of Mars." (YAY!) But the last bit was cut off. (Argh.) And I completely forgot to set the DVR for last night's episode. Ah well, I'll catch it next week. (WHO marathon!)

So much laundry to do. And so many movies to see!
